How you can pay for your order.
Accepted method
We currently only accept cash on delivery for all UK orders. No card or online payment is taken at checkout. You will pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives.
Order security
Your order details are submitted over an encrypted SSL connection. We do not store or process card numbers because no online payment is taken.
Currency and pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. The price on the product page is the price you pay — tracked UK delivery is free on every order, so nothing is added at checkout.
Cash on delivery requirements
Please have the exact total amount ready in cash when the courier arrives. We are unable to accept cheques or bank transfers at this time.
Failed or refused deliveries
If you are not available to accept and pay for your delivery, the parcel will be returned to us. Repeated missed deliveries may result in your account being blocked from future orders.
